Q: Why should I use epoxy?
A: 1. Dollars and sense. It makes sense to save operating dollars wherever you can. The initial outlay for an epoxy floor starts paying back immediately in saved floor maintenance costs. Our large corporate customers have seen floor maintenance costs drop up to 50% in a year. Hard to clean concrete floors and concrete dust is now eliminated. This dust is air borne and is being inhaled by employees which is a health issue. This dust also gets on products and inventory which, if not cleaned, will go out on your finished pieces. The dust also lingers on the floor and is just around by brooms. The floor also generates more dust everyday, an endless cleaning job.
2. Epoxy flooring protects the concrete from deteriorating any further, saving repair costs.
3. Image. In this age of global economy, more and more of our customers are welcoming tours through their facilities from all corners of the globe. A bright, clean, glossy epoxy floor communicates a quality, world leading image. This impacts your visitors impression of your facilities and your corporation. Your floors become your best salesman, displaying a good, clean, image.
4. Your employees take more care in cleanup and preventative maintenance on a clean, bright, floor. Studies have found that employee moral increases and everyone pulls together to provide a safe, clean area.
5. Many facilities have reduced lighting cost due to the bright, clean, floors. Reflectivity of light actually increased from 60% to 300% depending on color chosen.
